I snapped this picture after he had wore himself out playing and obviously wanted to lay down. Problem was the bed was in the way, so he got in and out of it until he ended up in this position, as close to possible to his normal resting place with as little of himself in the bed as possible.

I’m sure I’m not the first bunny parent to be concerned that their little one is sleeping on a hard surface only to find out later, well they actually prefer the comfort of a hard cold surface. Before Sophie came along and his bachelor pad was rearranged Sawyer use to love to lay under his shelf with his monkey and I thought he need something soft to lay on so I bought a cute little green bed that matched his cage thinking he would just curl up in it and sleep. He ended up digging and chewing on it but the last thing he wanted to do was lay in it.
